Real Life Skills for Middle School
Helping Middle Schoolers Find Their Direction
Real skills. Real tools. Real lasting impact.
Middle school is a time of enormous growth and change.
Friendships shift. Confidence takes a hit. Emotions get bigger. Social pressure increases. Students begin asking important questions about who they are and where they belong.
Unfortunately, school doesn't always teach the skills needed to navigate these challenges.
COMPASS is a small-group summer experience designed to help middle school students build confidence, strengthen friendships, manage stress, improve communication, and develop practical tools for everyday life.
Through games, team challenges, movement, creative activities, breathwork, guided discussions, and shared meals, students will learn skills they can use long after summer ends.
